Job summary

Private Advertiser in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Sales and Customer Coordination professional in a manufacturing setting to handle inquiries, RFQs, quotations, orders, and production requirements. The role requires a BS Marketing/Engineering or related degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; strong numeric and communication skills are essential.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning and other teams to align demand with production.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Marketing/Engineering/Any business-related course.
• With at least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Computer literate, good in numerical calculation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical requirements.
• Prepares and submits quotations, pricing adjustments, and contracts for approval.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing, Planning, and other departments on quotation and production requirements.
• Issues work orders for new or revised models and supports project introductions.
• Reviews customer POs and forecasts; aligns demand with production plans.
• Monitors actual process time versus quoted time.
• Issues sales invoices per shipment or cut-off and coordinates billing with Manufacturing.
• Conducts performance surveys and represents the company during customer audits.
• Ensures compliance with Quality Management System and performs other assigned tasks.
