Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a manufacturing operator to support production lines in Kallang. The role involves assisting engineers with set-up, calibration tasks, and performing rework and quality testing on parts, components and assemblies.

You will collect and analyze operating data to make on-line adjustments and help develop methods to improve the manufacturing process. Training is provided for candidates with no prior experience, with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience preferred
• Training provided for candidates without experience

Responsibilities

• Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components and final assemblies.
• Use data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
• Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process
• Work with engineers in conducting experiments

Job Scope:

• Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.

• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process

• Works with engineers in conducting experiments
