Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a manufacturing operator in Nueva Ecija to operate and calibrate equipment, perform assembly and quality testing, and analyze production data to optimize processes.

You will collaborate with engineers on experiments, troubleshoot issues, drive Kaizen ideas, and uphold 6S standards in a 5-day week with shifts: 1st 7:00–3:30, 2nd 3:00–11:00, 3rd 11:00–7:00, with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations including equipment setup, calibration, rework, assembly, and quality testing.
• Monitor and analyze production data to optimize process performance and support real-time adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineers to conduct experiments, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Identify and resolve production abnormalities to ensure smooth operations and product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, scrap reduction, and OBQ.
• Contribute Kaizen ideas and participate in Small Group Activities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain 6S standards to keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, scrap reduction, and Out-of-Box Quality (OBQ).




• Contribute Kaizen ideas and participate in Small Group Activities (SGA) to improve efficiency and productivity.




• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through 6S practices.
