Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a production operator position at an electronics manufacturing site in the Philippines. The role covers box build assemblies, system integration, wire harnesses and cable assemblies, with a 5-day work week and standard office hours.

The basic salary is up to $2,500 plus overtime, with overtime and a variable bonus potential to reach $3,000–$3,500 gross. Entry level and experienced applicants are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Nitec/Diploma or equivalent with relevant working experience.
• Some experience is a plus; entry-level welcome to apply.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently and in a team; open to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Interpret assembly instructions, schematics and specs.
• Operate hand tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve processes and implement changes.
• Perform system rack assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Support 5S and safety practices; maintain records.
• Lead operators to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Assist with basic electronics assembly tasks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities :

• Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Operate and use hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and implement engineering changes.
• Perform system rack assembly, testing, and troubleshooting when required.
• Support 5S initiatives and maintain workplace safety practices.
• Lead and guide operators to achieve required quality and productivity standards.
• Complete all required production documentation and records accurately.
• Assist with basic electronic assembly tasks as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
