Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for higher productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

You will analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions. You will work with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance to enhance plant performance and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in process analysis and improvement tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
