Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our production team in Valenzuela, Philippines. You will analyze processes, optimize machinery, and ensure products meet specifications. The role requires strong writing, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of related experience as Process Engineer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and measurement to ensure products meet approved specifications for each process.
• Facilitate sampling and testing of raw materials (resin/colorant, inks, packaging) prior to mass utilization.
• Prepare evaluation and recommendations for all tests and inspections performed.
• Conduct incoming inspections and evaluation for artwork, nylon, raw materials, and packaging.
• Monitor rejection rates per process/section and develop innovative solutions.
• Coordinate, monitor, evaluate and report on new product sampling from internal and external customers.
• Evaluate existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices in production.
