Job summary

Dyson GmbH is seeking an Engineer - Manufacturing Support to ensure stability and availability of IT and OT systems across Dyson production facilities. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering and IT teams to minimize production disruption while adhering to Dyson IT standards and cybersecurity policies.

This role requires hands-on experience with Windows, servers, and shopfloor technologies, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support incident management, automation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for manufacturing IT and OT environments to keep production lines running.
• Install, configure, upgrade, replace and remediate manufacturing hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, application, OS and peripheral issues.
• Support SPC systems, printers, scanners and shopfloor devices.
• Perform basic network diagnostics and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
• Manage production servers and manufacturing applications per procedures.
• Ensure devices comply with IT security standards and patching policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Document incidents, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
