Job summary

Dyson in Manila is seeking an Engineer - Manufacturing Support to ensure stability and availability of manufacturing IT and OT systems across Dyson’s production facilities. Reporting to the Manufacturing Senior IT Manager, you will work with production, engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents, support deployments and improve system reliability.

The role requires 3+ years in IT or manufacturing systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate with both

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT or manufacturing systems support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, end-user devices, servers and networking.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems or shopfloor technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for manufacturing IT and OT environments to ensure production lines operate without interruption.
• Install, configure, upgrade, replace and remediate manufacturing hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, application, OS and peripheral issues impacting manufacturing operations.
• Support production servers and manufacturing applications per approved procedures.
• Ensure devices comply with IT security standards and patching requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, root causes and corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
