Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines is seeking an HR Manager to provide end-to-end HR support for a mid-sized population, focusing on employee relations, program execution, compliance and experience. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations and requires on-site presence in Rosario, Cavite.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development to ensure consistent HR delivery, while upholding labor laws and company policies across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Approximately 8–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, supporting a defined population.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR support independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems and standard reporting tools.
• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope HR support for the assigned employee population, covering employee relations, HR program execution, labor compliance, and employee experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supervisors, managers, and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related concerns.
• Manage employee relations cases including investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and recommended resolutions in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Execute core HR processes such as hiring and onboarding support, performance management cycles, disciplinary processes, employee engagement activities, and employee separation processes.
• Partner with supervisors and managers to support workforce needs, address performance or conduct issues, and maintain operational continuity in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; support audits, inspections, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems; prepare reports and analyze basic workforce metrics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to support consistent and effective delivery of HR programs at the site level.
