The HR Manager provides end-to-end HR support for a moderately sized employee population, typically 20-350 employees or 15–25 supervisors/managers. This role is hands‑on and operational, focused on day‑to‑day employee relations, execution of HR programs, labor compliance, and employee experience. The HR Manager serves as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees within the assigned population, ensuring alignment with company policies, labor laws, and HR standards.
This role will report to Senior Manager, Employee Relations.
