Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in corporate finance, manufacturing costing, operations finance, or industrial analytics.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, BOMs, routings, cost centers, variances, and overhead absorption.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with pivot tables and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ERP manufacturing and costing modules (SAP PP/CO, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning systems and manufacturing inventory controls.
• Strong analytical, financial-modeling, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production cycle times, throughput, setup/changeover times to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor yields, raw-material usage, scrap, and rework costs.
• Investigate and reduce material and process variances with cross-functional teams.
• Perform standard-costing analysis and assess deviations from standards.
• Conduct Material Price, Material Usage, and Labor Efficiency variances analyses.
• Develop financial models reflecting capacity, labor, and production constraints.
• Evaluate capacity utilization and its impact on unit cost, profitability, and efficiency.
• Support S&OP processes to align Master Production Schedules with gross-margin targets.
• Model financial trade-offs between localized sourcing and overseas procurement.
• Quantify total cost of ownership including purchase cost, freight, inventory, lead time, and risk.
• Monitor labor hours, identify bottlenecks and overtime, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure product costs reflect resources consumed and investigate overhead absorption variances.
