Qualifications
- Graduate of a Vocational/Technology program in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- Experience with machine installation, setup and preventive maintenance.
- Skilled in operating fabrication and machining equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and Kaizen mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform machining, fabrication and measurement to support production and engineering requirements.
- Assist in machine installation, setup, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Support production by analyzing equipment issues, monitoring downtime, and implementing corrective actions.
- Assemble and disassemble machine parts and equipment for maintenance and projects.
- Ensure safety standards and 5S practices while maintaining accurate records of work and materials used.
