Job summary

Littelfuse, a leader in industrial technology, seeks an Industrial Engineer to design plant layouts and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will optimize workflow, material handling, and space across production floors, while applying lean and Six Sigma techniques to reduce waste and costs.

Responsibilities include redesign projects for new products, line expansions, and using AutoCAD alongside Minitab and simulation tools to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Design and implement efficient plant layouts that optimize workflow, material handling, and space.
• Lead layout redesign projects for new product introductions, line expansion, or process improvements.
• Utilize AutoCAD, simulation software, and digital factory tools.
• Ensure layouts follow lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve productivity.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities across production processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
