Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc. in Cebu is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to ensure accurate encoding of production data into SAP and proper recognition of finished goods and material usage. The role drives timely order confirmations and the transfer of finished goods to the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree, be open to fresh graduates, and be willing to work on-site in Danao City, Cebu. Prior manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately encode production reports from the manufacturing lines into the SAP system.

• Generate inbound delivery documents to ensure smooth transfer of finished goods.

The Manufacturing Assistant plays an important role in the execution of the production process, ensuring that the production reports are accurately encoded, and that the usage of finished goods and raw materials is properly recognized within the system. This position ensures that order confirmation and the transfer of finished goods are completed in a timely manner.

• Accurately encode production reports from the manufacturing lines into the SAP system.

• Ensure the timely recognition of finished goods and raw material usage in the system.

• Perform Technical Completion (TECO) of process orders within the SAP system.

• Generate inbound delivery documents to ensure the smooth transfer of finished goods from the production line to the warehouse.

Job Qualifications:
