Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax documentation.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese or Hokkien is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and capable of independently managing accounting operations.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the factory's internal accounting operations and support accurate cost accounting and monthly financial reporting. This role will contribute to sound financial management by maintaining reliable records, ensuring compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax documentation requirements, and providing timely financial information to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle the factory's day-to-day accounting operations, including reviewing and verifying payments, receipts, invoices, and supporting financial documents.
2. Proficiently operate the company's ERP system to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial, procurement, production, and inventory records.
3. Perform product cost accounting and prepare monthly cost analysis reports.
4. Organize and oversee physical inventory counts of raw materials, finished goods, and fixed assets, ensuring that actual quantities are properly reconciled with recorded balances.
5. Prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports required by the company's Head Office.
6. Coordinate with the local outsourced accounting firm by providing necessary documents for tax filings and assisting in resolving accounting and financial matters.

What we're looking for
