Boldr is seeking a Software QA Manual Tester to partner with product and engineering to catch major issues that affect client applications. You will test use cases, replicate bugs, and report findings so developers can implement fixes.

You will develop and maintain detailed test cases, execute functional, regression, UI, usability and exploratory tests, and contribute to improving test coverage and quality across releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3-4 years of manual software testing experience.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with SQL for basic database validation.
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic programming (Python, JavaScript) is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Determine the appropriate test approach, techniques, and coverage for new features and releases, with general direction from your supervisor.
• Identify, document, and manage defects in a tracking system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, UI, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes and defect patterns, and recommend fixes and quality improvements by reporting findings to the development and product teams.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
• Participate in test case reviews and contribute to test strategy improvements.
• Guide business users through UAT testing, including test execution and defect triaging.
