Boldr is seeking a Software QA Manual Tester to collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure quality in client applications. You will design and run test cases, report defects, and help drive quality improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes thorough testing across functional areas, collaboration with developers, and participation in UAT testing to ensure successful feature rollouts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with SQL for basic database validation.
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Determine the appropriate test approach, techniques, and coverage for new features and releases, with general direction from your supervisor.
• Identify, document, and manage defects in a tracking system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, UI, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes and defect patterns, and recommend fixes and quality improvements by reporting findings to the development and product teams.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
• Participate in test case reviews and contribute to test strategy improvements.
• Guide business users through UAT testing, including test execution and defect triaging.
