Integreon is seeking a Studio Manager to lead its Manila design studio, accountable for day-to-day operations, client delivery, staffing and capacity management, people leadership, quality, and studio governance.

The role demands an operational leader who can build a disciplined, scalable delivery environment, manage a creative team, and ensure consistent service delivery, resource optimization, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in creative studio operations, production management, or client-service environments.
• Experience leading large, multi-layered teams in a client-service or production setting.
• Strong P&L/budget ownership, cost management, and productivity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila design studio as the senior operational leader for the site with full-time presence from the Manila office.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, decision-making, issue resolution, escalation management, and continuity.
• Establish ownership, escalation paths, performance expectations, and operating rhythms across teams.
• Ensure consistent SLA delivery, turnaround times, quality standards, and client commitments.
• Oversee staffing allocation, capacity planning, utilization, and delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance across client accounts, and risk management.
