The position requires a senior operator with deep knowledge in steel detailing and project management, capable of aligning local operations with international standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in steel detailing, with 5+ years in senior ops/management.
• Proven track record managing production teams (50–100+ staff).
• Experience with offshore/outsourced teams and international clients.
• Strong understanding of steel construction and detailing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project production activities in Manila.
• Develop and manage project production schedules to meet submittal dates.
• Monitor throughput, identify bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement.
