Qualifications

Hands-on experience servicing endoscopy equipment.
Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance of endoscopic medical devices.
Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues and train customers.

Responsibilities

Provide technical training and product support to overseas customers, distributors, and international sales personnel.
Handle post-sales complaints and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with endoscopy equipment in field settings.
Provide guidance and support to customers and sales teams and collect feedback.
Travel to customer or distributor sites for on-site support when required.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective product support and service quality.
Support exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer-facing activities as needed.
