BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. invites applications for an AREA MANAGER to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches in Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate will lead store managers, drive productivity, control costs, and ensure adherence to company standards. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 3 years as an Area Manager in the food industry, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Area Manager in the food industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory, financial management, and reporting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
