BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores in Cavite.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management and possess at least 3 years of Area Manager experience in the food industry. You will lead store managers toward productivity, monitor sales to hit quarterly targets, manage schedules and inventory to reduce costs, and ensure standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience as an Area Manager in the food industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory, financial management and reporting.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations within the assigned area.
• Guide the store managers to productivity improvement and innovation, especially on overcoming operations challenges.
• Monitor employee activity to ensure adherence to the standards and guidelines of the company.
• Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives.
• Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use.
• Visit the stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each branch.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager in the food industry.

• Must have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in computer software and technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
