Coins is seeking a visionary Technology Lead to spearhead the development and scaling of its high-performance exchange platform. You will design, implement, and maintain robust Java-based microservices while mentoring a team of developers and collaborating across global borders to support expansion.

Strong Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and cloud experience are essential, along with leadership in fintech/crypto.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Java developer with strong OOP fundamentals.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud for microservices-based applications.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and guiding a dev team.
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, NoSQL Redis) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with RESTful services and API design; Git proficiency.
