Coins.ph is hiring a visionary Technology Lead in the Philippines to spearhead the development and scale of a high-performance microservices-based exchange platform. You will design robust Java applications, mentor developers, and collaborate across borders to support Coins.ph's global expansion.

You will lead technical execution, oversee the full SDLC, and ensure security and reliability in crypto transactions while aligning with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong OO programming knowledge in Java.
• Experience leading or mentoring tech teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of fintech/crypto tech and standards is a plus.
• Ability to design scalable and secure microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the exchange platform with high performance.
• Design and implement robust Java-based applications and systems.
• Write clean, scalable, well-documented code in Java and related tech.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Collaborate with product, design and dev teams to ensure feasibility and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews.
• Stay updated on emerging tech and apply industry best practices.
• Foster cross-cultural collaboration and support global expansion.
