J-K Netwok Services in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Supply Chain Coordinator to lead procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic procurement and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems, with a hybrid setup (2 onsite days, 3 WFH). The candidate should be Filipino or Filipino-Chinese proficient in Mandarin, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency required (read/write/speak).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Undergraduates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Background/knowledge in SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience with markets, suppliers, and product categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends and aligning with business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations to meet terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business-case evaluations.
• Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values.
