Job summary
J-K Netwok Services, a global dental sector solutions provider, is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Support Coordinator in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
The role operates on a hybrid setup (2 onsite days, 3 days WFH) with a midshift schedule (2PM-11PM or 3PM-12MN) and a monthly salary of PHP 100,000. You will coordinate procurement logistics, support supplier relationships, and participate in contract negotiations within a shared services environment.
Qualifications
- Mandarin fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
- 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends and aligning with business requirements.
- Lead contract, pricing and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with terms and cost targets.
- Manage supplier relationships including evaluation, performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives and budget analysis.
- Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance and promote company policies and values.
