BaiTeESS New Energy in Guiguinto, Bulacan, Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales & Business Development Assistant to support client visits and translate between Mandarin, English and Filipino.

You will accompany the owner on visits, help coordinate next steps, maintain records, and ensure follow-ups are completed. This on-site role offers daily pay with monthly bonuses and allowances, with opportunities to learn about solar energy.

Full-Time | On-Site + Client Visits

Put your Mandarin communication skills to work in the growing solar industry!

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and people-oriented assistant to accompany our Chinese business owner on client visits, support communication with Filipino customers, and ensure that discussions turn into clear follow-up actions.

This is more than a desk-based administrative or interpreting role. You will help build customer relationships, coordinate next steps, and keep important commitments from being overlooked.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Basic Pay: ₱700 per working day


• Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: ₱500


• Monthly Mobile/SIM Allowance: ₱500

To support work-related mobile communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Visits & Communication

• Accompany the business owner on visits to potential customers, existing customers, and business partners.


• Help the owner and local customers communicate clearly in Mandarin and English or Filipino.


• Support introductions, explain the purpose of meetings, and accurately relay customer questions and requirements.


• Help build positive customer relationships and keep conversations productive.

Customer Follow-up & Reminders

• Respond promptly to customer messages and follow up consistently after meetings.


• Record customer needs, commitments, next steps, and agreed deadlines.


• Arrange appointments and remind the owner and relevant colleagues about upcoming visits and pending actions.


• Track outstanding tasks so that customer inquiries and important commitments are not missed.

Internal Coordination & Records

• Coordinate with sales and technical staff when customers need quotations or technical answers.


• Maintain clear customer notes and progress updates.


• Give the owner brief summaries of customer status, unresolved questions, and next priorities.


• Communicate accurately without making unapproved promises about prices, technical performance, or delivery schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Practical Mandarin listening and speaking skills are required. You must be able to understand and participate in everyday business conversations.


• Able to communicate clearly with local customers in English or Filipino.


• Comfortable meeting people and participating in client visits.


• Responsive to messages and dependable with follow-up.


• Organized with appointments, notes, reminders, and daily tasks.


• Honest, responsible, and careful with confidential customer and company information.


• Willing to learn about solar systems, batteries, and energy-storage solutions.


• Able to work well with the business owner, sales staff, and technical team.


• Experience in interpreting, customer service, sales support, or business development is an advantage.


• We value practical communication skills and reliable follow-through—not just language certificates.
