Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a help desk or IT support role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
• Familiar with AI-driven support tools and human-agent handoff.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for Signant Health products and software.
• Log and track requests, escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users in navigating Signant Health applications.
• Document issues, solutions, and user interactions clearly.
• Maintain updates on status and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with resolver groups to identify recurring issues.
• Stay current on new tools and best practices in IT support.
• Work rotational 24/7 shift timings and onsite as required.
