Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Taguig City seeks a Mandarin Online Marketplace Head to steer our regional e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. The position is on-site in BGC, Taguig, and requires Mandarin fluency with strong marketplace experience.

You will manage daily store activities, craft growth strategies, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to maximize sales and profitability. A relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and major marketplace events.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, pricing, inventory, and KPI s.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage online advertising budgets and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, business partners, or headquarters regarding product and operational matters, as applicable.
• Lead the e-commerce team in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
