Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin Marketplace Head to lead online shopping platforms and expand market share across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The role is on-site at BGC, Taguig, from Monday to Friday, with a dayshift schedule.

You will manage daily storefront operations, drive sales strategies, coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams, and lead a Mandarin-speaking team to achieve targets. A background in consumer electronics or FMCG is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and major marketplace events.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, pricing, inventory, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage online advertising budgets and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, business partners, or headquarters regarding product and operational matters, as applicable.
• Lead the e-commerce team in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
