J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Digital Marketing Head in the Philippines (Taguig), operating in a leading mobile technology company. The role is on-site at BGC with dayshift hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and offers a salary range of PHP 70,000 to PHP 101,000 per month.

You will oversee all online stores across major platforms, drive growth, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency required (spoken, read, and write).
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/e-commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop preferred.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Develop strategies to grow online sales, market share, and profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and major marketplace events.
• Monitor sales performance, campaigns, pricing, inventory, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams for efficient operations.
• Manage online ad budgets and optimize product listings for visibility and conversions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and headquarters on product/ops matters.
• Lead the e-commerce team to meet sales targets and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.
