Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Manila is seeking a Mandarin E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee online stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, based at BGC, Taguig.

The role requires Mandarin language proficiency, a 3–5 year track record in e-commerce or digital commerce, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

You will lead a team, coordinate with marketing, logistics and suppliers, and drive campaigns to grow sales in an on-site, dayshift setup.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency required (spoken, reading, writing).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and others.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and major marketplace events.
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, inventory, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams.
• Manage online advertising budgets and optimize product listings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners.
• Lead the e-commerce team to meet targets.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION

• Lead the e-commerce team in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
