Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Project Specialist to support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on event marketing and cross-functional coordination within a multicultural team.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing communications with event focus.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Experience with client account management and project management methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Support execution leads in planning and coordinating campaigns and events.
• Assist in campaign setup, project tracking, and data flow across systems.
• Coordinate demand generation activities and content publishing.
• Support virtual and onsite events including logistics.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
