Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Creative Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events. The role combines client management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful campaigns and virtual events.

The position offers a dayshift schedule with work-from-home setup and opportunities to work with global clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and English; open to Filipino/Filipino-Chinese candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing communications with focus on events and virtual events.
• Knowledgeable in client account management and project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications across digital and traditional channels.
• Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage relationships across stakeholders and collaborate to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Execution Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist in campaign setup, project tracking, and ensuring data flow across marketing systems.
• Coordinate demand generation activities, lead acquisition, lead uploads, and content publishing.
• Support the execution of virtual and onsite events, including event prep, registration, and logistics.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure marketing data accuracy and maintain campaign records and metadata.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
