J-K Netwok Services seeks a Mandarin Global Marketing Coordinator to drive event marketing campaigns from planning to execution. The role requires strong Mandarin/English communication, client coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver virtual and onsite events.

Experience in marketing communications (3-5 years) and familiarity with Marketo are preferred, with a focus on both digital and traditional channels.

Formación

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
• 3-5 years in marketing communications with focus on event marketing and virtual events.
• Knowledgeable in client account management and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications, including planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage relationships across stakeholders and work collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Execution Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist in campaign setup, project tracking, and ensuring data flow across marketing systems.
• Coordinate demand generation activities, lead acquisition, lead uploads, and content publishing.
• Support the execution of virtual and onsite events, including preparation, registration, and logistics.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure marketing data accuracy and maintain campaign records and metadata.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
