Job summary

J-K Netwok Services seeks a Mandarin Operations Coordinator to support planning, setup, and execution of marketing campaigns and events. The role requires strong Mandarin and English skills, and experience in event marketing and marketing communications.

You will coordinate demand generation activities, manage data flow across systems, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and events, including virtual and onsite formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing communications, with focus on events and virtual events.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English; client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Support campaign setup, project tracking, and ensure data flow across marketing systems.
• Coordinate demand generation activities, lead uploads, and content publishing.
• Support virtual and onsite events, including preparation, registration, and logistics.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing data accuracy and campaign records; collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely delivery.
