Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a project-driven professional to manage multiple development projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results. You will discuss business requirements with product managers, allocate resources, and drive progress across teams to meet timelines and quality targets.

You will participate in all project stages, analyze risks, translate requirements into tasks for developers, and coordinate release planning with teams.

• 1. Complete various projects on schedule and with high quality and report project status regularly.
• 2. Discuss business requirements with product managers and drive project progress
• 3. Allocate relevant development and QA human resources and define project timelines.
• 4. Participate in all stages of project execution and analyze any possible risks that may affect the project and business.
• 5. Decompose business requirements into development working items and assign them to developers.
• 6. Understand the architecture and solutions used in development, and offer suggestions when necessary.
• 7. Define the release plan and schedule, and require the release team to execute them.
• 8. Communicate and coordinate across units, analyze needs and plan for optimization of work processes.

Skill Requirements

• 1. Able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English
• 2. Logical and analytical skills, high stress tolerance and patience, attention to details and logic, interpersonal skills, business awareness, communication skills.
• 3. Have 3 years or more of program development experience..
• 4. Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
• 5. Experience in handling third-party payments is preferred
• 6. It is good to understand the project process.
• 7. It is good to understand the Git and Branch Process.
• 8. Understand the deployment process-CI, CD is preferred
• 9. Proficient in using MS Office, Confluence, JIRA and Reporting applications is a plus.
• 10. It is good to use Grafana, ELK , these monitor tools
• 11. It is good to use AI tools to handle or solve work problems.
