J-K Netwok Services in Pasay City seeks a Mandarin Innovation Project Executive to lead end-to-end packaging artwork projects for a global client in a fast-paced CPG environment. The role requires deep Mandarin proficiency and strong project management capabilities, coordinating across marketing, R&D, sourcing, and design agencies.

The candidate will mentor a team of artwork project managers, drive timely and cost-efficient delivery, and push continuous improvement in artwork processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or PM.
• 10+ years in artwork management and packaging in CPG/FMCG.
• 6+ years in a team leadership role.
• Experience managing end-to-end artwork and packaging in CPG.
• Ability to coordinate across marketing, R&D, sourcing, design agencies, and operations.
• Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Collaborate with a key client’s global innovation and design teams, supporting the delivery of packaging artwork projects.
• Lead end-to-end execution of packaging artwork projects within a CPG organization.
• Ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of high-quality artwork while driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align execution with broader business objectives and operational goals.
• Oversee artwork project reporting, sharing updates with senior artwork project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays in artwork development and mitigate them.
• Serve as a mentor to associate artwork project managers and coordinators.

Salary: Php 90,000-Php 115,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end artwork, printing, and digital asset creation processes within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
• Having at least 10 years of experience in artwork management and packaging within CPG or FMCG industries, including 6 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while coordinating across marketing, R&D, sourcing, design agencies, and operations teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira for tracking tasks, timelines, and project progress.
• Working knowledge of artwork and design tools is an advantage; while hands‑on design work is not required, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial for effective collaboration with creative teams. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Manage and streamline feedback cycles by consolidating inputs to reduce revisions and improve overall efficiency.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to associate artwork project managers and project coordinators, supporting their development and performance.
