An international European contact center in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin Project Chief to lead end-to-end packaging artwork projects for a global client base. Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end artwork, printing, and digital asset creation processes within a CPG environment.
• Having at least 10 years of experience in artwork management and packaging within CPG or FMCG industries, including 6 years in a team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a key client’s global innovation and design teams to deliver packaging artwork projects.
• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of packaging artwork projects within a CPG organization.
• Ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of high-quality artwork while driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align execution with broader business objectives and goals.
• Oversee artwork project reporting with updates on progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and delays in the artwork development process and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage and streamline feedback cycles to reduce revisions and improve efficiency.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to associate artwork project managers and coordinators.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end artwork, printing, and digital asset creation processes within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
