J-K Network Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin Innovation Project Coordinator to support international packaging artwork projects. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery within a fast-paced CPG setting, coordinating with global design teams and internal stakeholders.

The position requires extensive experience in artwork management, strong Mandarin and English skills, and proficiency with project management tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end artwork, printing, and digital asset creation within a CPG environment.
• At least 10 years in artwork management and packaging in CPG/FMCG with 6 years in a leadership role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and coordinate across marketing, R&D, sourcing, design agencies, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams to deliver packaging artwork projects.
• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of packaging artwork projects within a CPG organization.
• Ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of high-quality artwork and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align execution with business objectives and goals.
• Oversee artwork project reporting with updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage feedback cycles to reduce revisions and improve efficiency.
• Mentor and coach associate artwork project managers and coordinators.

The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.

Position: Mandarin Innovation Project Coordinator
Industry: Multinational Consulting Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City or Pasay City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am-6pm | Monday-Friday)
Salary: Php 90,000-Php 115,000
Work Set-up: Work from home

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end artwork, printing, and digital asset creation processes within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
• Having at least 10 years of experience in artwork management and packaging within CPG or FMCG industries, including 6 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while coordinating across marketing, R&D, sourcing, design agencies, and operations teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira for tracking tasks, timelines, and project progress.
• Working knowledge of artwork and design tools is an advantage; while hands-on design work is not required, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial for effective collaboration with creative teams. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Oversee artwork project reporting, ensuring clear updates on progress, challenges, and proposed solutions. Share key insights with senior artwork project managers and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and engagement.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays in the artwork development process, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage and streamline feedback cycles by consolidating inputs to reduce revisions and improve overall efficiency.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to associate artwork project managers and project coordinators, supporting their development and performance.
