J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Digital Sales Executive to lead our online sales across major marketplaces from a BGC, Taguig base. The role requires fluent Mandarin and 3–5 years in e-commerce or digital commerce, with strong experience on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

You will oversee store operations, plan promotions, manage ad spend, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to drive growth. This is an on-site, dayshift position with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates fluent in Mandarin (read/write).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and major events.
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, inventory, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams for smooth operations.
• Manage online ad budgets and optimize listings for visibility and conversion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for opportunities.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and HQ on product/ops matters.
• Lead the e-commerce team to meet targets and goals.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.


• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.


• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.


• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
