Job summary

J-K Netwok Services, a technology company expanding its footprint in the Philippines, is seeking a Mandarin Digital Operations Manager in BGC, Taguig. This on-site role will oversee daily operations of online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms, driving sales, visibility, and profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E‑Commerce or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant e‑commerce experience.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and major marketplace events.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, pricing, inventory, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage online advertising budgets and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, business partners, or headquarters regarding product and operational matters, as applicable.
• Lead the e-commerce team in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.
