The position offers a dayshift, Monday to Friday schedule with a monthly salary range of PHP 40,000 to 50,000, along with government-mandated benefits and 13th-month bonus.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates or bachelor's degree holders are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication with customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate consular inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Coordinate with local authorities to provide consular assistance to Chinese nationals.
• Prepare accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage general office tasks and paperwork.
• Maintain records per company procedures.
• Receive daily information from employees and allocate resources.
