Job summary

OfficePartners, 360 Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an experienced sales professional to prospect and engage K-12 schools, conduct outbound outreach, and generate qualified opportunities. You will manage the sales pipeline, conduct discovery calls and demos, and aim to meet or exceed targets.

You will leverage your fluency in English and Tagalog, experience in B2B sales, and proficiency with CRM platforms to drive growth and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in B2B sales and new business development.
• Strong understanding of the K-12 education market preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident communicating with different types of customers and decision-makers.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
• Strong pipeline management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage K-12 schools.
• Conduct outbound sales through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Communicate with prospects in English and Tagalog as needed.
• Generate qualified leads, meetings, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and demos.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline, forecasts, and weekly performance.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep customer interactions and sales activities updated in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
