You will document and manage customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and delivering expert product guidance via phone, email, and web tools.

The role demands 3+ years in a medical/clinical or similar customer-facing environment, strong analytical and writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in medical/clinical env or customer-facing support role.
• Fluency in the language is required for the role.
• Advanced analytical problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong technical writing skills with advanced understanding of documentation principles.

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring a positive experience.
• Review and manage shared group mailboxes and prompt inquiry handling per procedures.
• Provide advanced first-level troubleshooting across designated product ranges and guide customers toward resolution.
• Document all complaints and inquiries per Quality System guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate investigation outcomes clearly through reports and updates.
• Meet targets for response times and KPI-based complaint resolution.
