Job summary

Genpact in the Philippines is seeking a Manager for Workforce Management to lead reporting, analytics, and strategy for talent supply chains. The role focuses on data-driven insights, KPI-based reporting, and collaboration with technology and business teams to drive scalable solutions.

You will oversee scheduling policies, workforce forecasting, and cost-efficient staffing, while guiding a team of WFM specialists to deliver high-quality workforce planning services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, analytics, or related field.
• Experience in payroll/compensation design and workforce analytics preferred.
• Strong data storytelling and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for new report builds, enhancements, testing and post-production fixes.
• Architect reports from talent supply chain data using KPIs.
• Project manage report builds with technology and BI teams.
• Create business requirement docs and test scenarios.
• Test logic and data accuracy rigorously.
• Troubleshoot reports with Business/IT teams.
• Design and implement report adoption plans.
• Interpret large data sets in Excel and automate in Power BI.

Job Description

• Accountable to relevant Transformation leads for new report builds, enhancements, testing and troubleshooting post-production defects. Yet have specialization in data storytelling & report building.
• Understand Genpact's systems and talent supply chain data to architect reports based on key performance indicators.
• Project manage new report builds and enhancements with technology and BI teams in Genpact.
• Create business requirement documents and test scenarios for new.
• Conduct rigorous testing for logic and data accuracy.
• Partner with Business and IT teams to troubleshoot any existing report in Talent Supply Chain.
• Design and implement report adoption plans for target audience.
• Ability to interpret large amount of complicated data in excel and transfer them into automated systems such as Power BI where applicable.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies and best practices;
• Analyze and forecast staffing needs based on historical data and business trends;
• Create and maintain scheduling policies and procedures to meet service level goals;
• Monitor and adjust workforce schedules to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align workforce planning with organizational goals and objectives;
• Lead a team of workforce management specialists to deliver quality workforce planning services.
