Job summary

Genpact is hiring for a People Advisory professional to lead talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives. You will conduct in-depth analyses to inform workforce planning and design, collaborating with clients and internal teams to craft practical, data-driven recommendations and implementation plans.

Role requires strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and the ability to mentor junior staff while staying current with industry trends and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in business, economics or finance are required or preferred.
• Advanced degrees (MBA/MA) and HR certifications are highly desirable.
• Multiple HR certifications show breadth across HR disciplines and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver People Advisory projects in talent management, OD, and change management.
• Conduct assessments to support workforce planning and organization design.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to develop data-driven recommendations.

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive adoption of change initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of People Advisory services.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to build their consulting capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to People Advisory.
