Job summary

Genpact Philippines seeks a Workforce Analytics & Reporting professional to lead report builds and enhancements, ensuring data-driven insights and post-production accuracy. You will translate complex data into automated Power BI solutions and KPI-driven dashboards.

Collaborating with Business and IT teams, you will mentor a team of workforce planning specialists and drive adoption of analytics across Talent Supply Chain to optimize staffing, costs, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degrees in commerce, economics, finance or MBA/analytics.
• Certifications CCP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM relevant to compensation and HR.
• Experience in data storytelling, reporting and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own report builds, enhancements, testing and post-production troubleshooting.
• Architect reports based on KPIs using Genpact systems and talent data.
• Project manage new report builds with technology and BI teams.
• Develop adoption plans for target audiences and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead a team of workforce management specialists to deliver planning services.

• Accountable to relevant Transformation leads for new report builds, enhancements, testing and troubleshooting post-production defects. Yet have specialization in data storytelling & report building.
• Understand Genpact’s systems and talent supply chain data to architect reports based on key performance indicators.
• Project manage new report builds and enhancements with technology and BI teams in Genpact.
• Create business requirement documents and test scenarios for new. Conduct rigorous testing for logic and data accuracy.
• Partner with Business and IT teams to troubleshoot any existing report in Talent Supply Chain.
• Design and implement report adoption plans for target audience.
• Ability to interpret large amount of complicated data in excel and transfer them into automated systems such as Power BI where applicable.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies and best practices;
• Analyze and forecast staffing needs based on historical data and business trends;
• Create and maintain scheduling policies and procedures to meet service level goals;
• Monitor and adjust workforce schedules to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align workforce planning with organizational goals and objectives;
• Lead a team of workforce management specialists to deliver quality workforce planning services.
