Job summary

FWD Life Philippines is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to translate user needs and business goals into customer-centric, accessible, high‑performing interfaces across digital touchpoints.

You will lead the design and optimization of experiences, create wireframes and prototypes, audit platform usability, collaborate with stakeholders and developers, and maintain design libraries and usability testing to drive engagement and satisfaction.

Lead the design and optimization of customer-centric digital experiences by translating user needs and business goals into customer-first, intuitive, accessible, and high-performing interfaces that drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Leverage human-centered design process and CX developed customer journeys to deliver easy-to-use user interface and user experience which includes multiple points of discovery, intent, purchase and after sales.
2. 2. Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
3. 3. Continuously audit existing platform experience; research customer platform behaviors across competitors and identify innovation opportunities in UI UX.
4. 4. Work with stakeholders to identify requirements as well as with the developers to maintain product quality and achieve the most user-friendly approach to the solution.
5. 5. Work closely with the various business units and CXMKTG team to maximize chances of customer success through solution design.
6. 6. Create, maintain, and develop design libraries, usability testing and documentation. Record change logs and tester feedback validated through user testing and business goals.
7. 7. Be able to support marketing business units with design requirements created with UX principles.
8. 8. Understand accessibility standards and usability levels to be included in the overall solution design.
9. 9. Champion UI UX design innovations and solution usability throughout FWD.
