Job summary

FWD Group in the Philippines seeks a Brand and Communications Senior Specialist to strengthen brand equity and oversee brand governance. You will partner with the communications team to deliver engaging pieces and powerful events aligned with the company’s vision.

You will lead customer communications, support CSR initiatives, and drive thought leadership and awards opportunities across regional partners to elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities

Corporate Communications. Create engaging communications for internal and external audiences, ranging from creating company literature, monitoring and updating corporate content, leading events including company CSR efforts, collaborating with manager in liaising with company’s PR agency and developing PR report.
Customer Communications. Champion our customers with easy-to-understand language, develop campaigns for customers with other stakeholders.
Community Care. Live our brand values and lead others to do the same through our CSR programs while working with our partners.
Brand Governance. Knowing the brand inside and out, specifically the brand guidelines and ensuring these are upheld in all touchpoints. Work with local and regional counterparts in maintaining brand integrity.abn
Thought Leadership / Awards. Assess opportunities for excellence and work with different teams to efficiently and effectively pursue recognition for best-in-class work.

The Brand and Communications Sr. Specialist will be responsible for strengthening brand equity through ownership of brand governance and identity; and will be in-charge of supporting the company’s various communications and brand governance requirements. Together with the communications team, you will be contributing greatly to producing quality, relevant, and highly engaging communication pieces and delivering exciting and powerful events to a variety of audiences — both internal and external — which are aligned with the company’s vision of changing the way people feel about insurance. You will also be an active leader for our community care initiatives, working with our NGO partner, regional counterparts, and other colleagues, to help inspire positive change in the communities we serve. You will also flex your creative and strategic muscles by finding opportunities for thought leadership, excellence and awards.
